So I've recently started doing Fitness Blender workouts! Finally! Some kind of exercise after talking about exercising for what seemed like an eternity! I'm not ready to make a big diet change so for now it will just be these workouts. I'll prolly make it more challenging by adding weights next month or maybe T25. I haven't really decided yet since I'm satisfied with the variety of workouts on Fitness Blender.
